FUN FOUR - SUMMIT WEST

This convenient program gives you four consecutive weeks to hone your skills, smooth out your style, or try something new. Get together with your friends or family for this fun and affordable series. It's a great way to motivate yourself to hit the slopes in the morning and put your new skills to use in the afternoon. Session 2 will run on Presidents' Weekend (Feb 14 & 15, 2009)

ALPENTAL LEADERSHIP PROGRAM - ALPENTAL

The ALPENTAL LEADERSHIP PROGRAM provides an on-the-mountain experience working with instructors while learning how to teach. You will assist with real classes and receive training throughout the course. Afterward, you'll be prepared to take the PSIA or AASI level one instructor exam, as well as rip up the mountain with our staff!

ADULT PRIME TIME - ALPENTAL

When your kids start telling you to hurry up, it's time to take a lesson. Sign-up for Adult Prime Time and learn in small groups (4-8) with others of your own age and ability. Build skills and confidence in the morning and free-ski in the afternoon.

COACHES' ASSISTANTS - SUMMIT WEST

This is the first step to becoming an instructor. Half your day is spent assisting with a class of real students. The other half is spent skiing or riding with your personal coach. This program develops teamwork, self-esteem, teaching skills, and improves your own skiing or riding skills. You'll be exposed to parks & pipes, racing, ski patrol, and much more! Coaches' assistants receive and Unlimited Big S Pass, a uniform for the season, and use of our Summit Learning Center Instructor Locker Rooms and Instructor Training Clinics. Successful candidates who are at least 16 years old are offered teaching positions with The Summit Learning Center upon completion of the program. Work experience and training can be used for school credit. Four additional days are scheduled during school breaks.
